Coaching
There is no set rule or set strategy in my coaching as every person is unique. I work with my clients as a team. Together we identify areas for change, agree on areas of focus and come up with a set of tools and a program to make these changes.
By the time we are in our mid-30s our identity and personality traits are formed. We have memorized a selected set of behaviors, emotional reactions, beliefs, attitudes, skills and habits that are now subconsciously programmed within us. This means that we behave in the same manner and react to situations in certain ways. While we may desire or need change, it becomes very difficult for us to achieve change. We are running our lives on autopilot from our subconscious minds. With various tools and exercises Hope Wellness can help you to make changes you need to achieve your desired outcome.
